Because we sell premium fashion & clothing items, certain conditions apply to returns, replacements, and refunds.
Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

You received a wrong product

(Design/Color/Size differs from what you ordered)

You received a damaged or defective product

You received an incomplete order

(Missing item, incorrect quantity, etc.)


We DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Selecting the wrong size

  • Color variation caused by screen brightness or lighting

  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Customized, discounted, or sale items

Note: Clothing items are sensitive products; therefore, once used or handled incorrectly, we cannot resell them.


2. Timeframe to Request a Return

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.


3. Condition of Returned Items

For your return to qualify:

  • The product must be unused & unworn

  • Must include all tags, labels & packaging

  • Must be returned in the same condition as delivered

If the product shows signs of use or damage (other than reported), the return request will be rejected.


4. Return & Exchange Process

Step 2 — Verification

Our support team will inspect the evidence and confirm whether your return is eligible.

Step 3 — Return Shipping

  • In most valid cases, the buyer must send back the product using a courier service.

  • Return shipping cost is not refundable unless the product was wrong or defective.

Step 4 — Replacement or Refund

After we receive & inspect the returned item:

  • If approved → You will receive a replacement

  • If the item is out of stock → You may receive a refund or store credit


5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via bKash only.

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be sent to your provided bKash number.


6. Non-Returnable Items

These items are not eligible for return or refund under any condition:

  • Lingerie or intimate wear

  • Accessories

  • Discounted / Sale items

  • Items damaged after use

  • Items without tags or packaging


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, system error, or incorrect customer information.


8. Exchange Availability

  • Exchange depends on product stock availability.

  • If the requested size/color is not available, store credit or refund options may be provided.


9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate address & phone number

  • Receive calls from courier/delivery agents

  • Inspect product at the time of delivery when possible

Failure to receive product after multiple delivery attempts may cause order cancellation without refund.
